| The theory of Greimas mainly involves three aspects： The Structuralistlinguistics,Semiotic and Narratology. Saussure viewpoint a language as a system is the maintheoretical foundation that structural semantics are established; The theory of CopenhagenSchool and Hjelmslev’s glossematics provided a research paradigm to Greimas’ text analysis.On the other hand, Greimas’ narrative methodology is derived from Propp and Levi-Straussexploration to narratology. Greimas get these scientific theories together, and established thestructural semantics theory, that is, analysis of the semantic by structuralism method. Startingwith these theoretical origin of Greimas’ research system, systematically analyze hisviewpoint of semantic structure,semiotic theory, theory of narratology and semantics squarearray. Among these, focus on the application about procedures of semantics structure analysis,semantics model constructed and semantics square array. Attempt to present the Greimassystem info systematic, and gave a better explanation of its analysis method by Chinese textas corpus. |
