Students' Positive Personality Traits And Achievement Motivation Relation

Plsitive personality is manifested by the individual in peacetime activies stable,positive attitude, show confidence in a specific scenario,act in strict cooperation,tolerance,acceptance and trustworthiness and other feature.It is a stable trait,affected by many factors interaction,there are individual differences.The choice of the meaning of positive personality traits of college students, structure current status, characterstics and influeccing factors to explore the one hand,we can enrich the traits of the content of active people to help,it can also privide the basis and guidance to promot the mental health of college student.Through theoretical study and open-ended questionnaire,the initial establishment of a positive personality theory model.Through the initialsurvey were412Students,as well as exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the structure model of the positive personality traits of positive personality. The status of students positive personality traits and then use the students to actively personality questionnaires and achievement motivation,influedcing factors and achievement motivation.Conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) Stuednts actively petsonality questionnaire reliability validity in line with psycholoty surveying requirements. By factor analysis found that:Students'positive personality is a muti-dimensional muli-layered psychological system,including:self-confidence,act in strict cooperaction,tolerance,acceptance and trustworthiness of six factor.(2) Positive personality traits in a professional,whether child,childhood upbringing,now dependents,family structure,mother education level no significances in terms of gender,self-confidence factor there are signnificant differences,the father educational level of positive personality trait significant difference. (3) Positive personality traits and achievement motivation was significantly related to positive personality traits of the successful pursuit of motivation showed a significant positive corrdlation to evade failure to show a significant negative corrdlation.(4) Positive personality traits achievement motivation has a significant predictor of role.
