Nowadays creativity is the key point studied by the educationalcircles. How to improve creativity efficiently has become thegeneral problem the researchers focus on. While the researchrelated to creative inclination is an very important part of thedevelopment of the creativity research. The former research aboutthe relationship between personality trait, achievement motivationand creative inclination focus more on university students ratherthan senior high school students. This research made 374 testeesgo through the Eysenck personality Questionnaire (EPQ), themeasuring scale of achievement motivation and the Williamsmeasuring scale of creative personality trait and carried out somestatistical methods such as variance analysis, correlation analysisand regression analysis. Meanwhile it also studied thecharacteristics of different personality trait, achievementmotivation and creative inclination of different grades and different genders among senior high school students and also analyzed therelationship between them. The conclusions are as follows:Firstly, for senior high school students, their motivation ofpursuing success is stronger than the motivation of evading failure.As for different grades, the total score of achievement motivationand the motivation of pursuing success among senior threestudents is much stronger than senior one and senior two students.The motivation of evading failure has no marked differences. As forgender, the dimensionality of achievement motivation also has nomarked differences.Secondly, introversion and nervous disposition have aremarkable positive correlation with the total score of creativeinclination; introversion has a remarkable positive correlation withhazard; introversion and nervous disposition have a remarkablepositive correlation with curiosity; nervous disposition andintroversion have a remarkable positive correlation withimagination; introversion has a remarkable positive correlation withchallenge.Thirdly, the motivation of pursuing success has a remarkablepositive correlation with the different dimensionality of creativeinclination; the motivation of evading failure has a negativecorrelation with challenge. Fourthly, introversion has a remarkable positive correlation withthe total score of achievement motivation; psychoticism andnervous disposition have a remarkable negative correlation with thetotal score of achievement motivation; introversion and the concealdegree have a remarkable positive correlation with the motivationof pursuing success; psychoticism has a remarkable negativecorrelation with the motivation of pursuing success; psychoticismand nervous disposition have a remarkable positive correlation withchallenge; introversion has a remarkable negative correlation withchallenge.Fifthly,personality and achievement motivation plays aprediction function to creative tendency and each pointsdimensions,personality also have used to predict achievementmotive and its various points of dimensions.Finally,achievement motivation play a part of the intermediaryrole between the neurotic and creative tendency and between innerand outer tendency and creative tendency .
