Analysis Of The Influence Factors Of Teenagers' Moral Identity And Its Training Suggestions

Moral identity means individuals internalize moral ideal and socially accepted moral values into self consciousness, have a clear orientation with their own individual moral image, have a very good consistency and continuity in time and space, moral behavior and moral consciousness have higher agreement. Because today's teenagers inharmonic of moral cognition and moral behavior, ego identity crisis, moral values and moral identity crisis is becoming more and more prominent, so carry out moral identity research can not only solve the problems effectively, but also provide a theoretical basis and guidance in the theory and practice for school moral education.This study put forward moral identity has three theoretical bases:self identity theory, ego development theory and moral motivation theory, divide the dimension of moral identity into implicit dimensions performance and explicit dimension performance. Analysing teenagers' moral identity development and characteristics through the survey research, find Chinese teenagers' moral identity development is good, but the explicit moral identity development is poor; the female students' moral identity level higher than that of male students; the cadre students' moral identity level higher than the other students; the students who has participated in the volunteer activity has more moral identity than those who did not; juvenile delinquents' moral identity less than their peers in high school. And through the correlation analysis of the adolescent family education means and moral identity, find warmth and understanding type way of family nurture and moral identity exist significant positive correlation, all of punishment and severity, refuse and deny, excessive interference and protection types way of family nurture and moral identity exist significant negative correlation.According to the teenagers' moral identity development characteristics, and correlation analysis results of family education types and moral identity, Put forward some training suggestions of moral identity, such as, giving adolescents high moral expectations, organizing youth to participate in volunteer activities, helping young people with good interpersonal relationships and giving teenagers enough warmth and understanding.
