As a Philosophy Ideology, New-Kantism was arisen in the late19th century in Germany, which inherited and reformed the Kantian'apriorism and put forward the famous doctrine of value. As a Humanistic philosophy of science, New-Kantism has had an important influence on the development of the psychology. Therefore, New-Kantism is of great academic values. This paper gave a comprehensive explanation for New-Kantism by theo-retical analysis and the method of literature study, which was divided into four parts:First, in order to illustrate the philosophy of NewKan-tism, this paper use three different period of school:Early metaphysics and physiological school,Freibury school and Marburg school. In the second part, it briefly discussed the inner connection between the New-Kantism and the psychology, which mainly included the Munster Berg'psychology, social psychology of Lewin, Allport's personality psychology, and the humanities-oriented psychology. The three chapter emphasized methodological implication of the of New-Kantism. Humani-sm-oriented research orientation, problem-centered opinion on the essence of science, value-laden research stance, and indiv- idual research method consists the most important psycho-logical methodology inference of New-Kantism. The fourth is a brief critique of the New-Kantism. New-Kantism plays a vital role in the development of humanism-oriented psychology, but it is not sufficient to construct perfect psychological metho-dology.
