The current condition of psychological health of college students is not optimistic, some college students have different degrees of anxiety, sense of inferiority, paranoia, depression, mood disorders and other mental health problems. This paper from the view of social psychology, probing into college students' frustration coping style and mental health status of the relationship between.This research through the questionnaire survey was conducted among538students in school, Analysis of different gender, discipline, grade, territoriality, family economic status of College Students' frustration coping style and mental health effects. On this basis, specific research hypotheses:A university student's setback coping style because of different gender, grade, territoriality, family economic status and there was significant difference between different.Two gender, discipline, grade, territoriality, family economic status of College Students' frustration coping style affect mental health different;The results show that:(1) college students take negative coping style and mental health status of rate significantly increased; College Students' frustration coping style by gender, discipline, grade, territoriality, family economic status and showed significant difference.(2) college students have psychological problems of the higher proportion of, Mental health status is not optimistic. The statistical results show that the, More than1/3of the college students exists in different degrees of mental health problems.23.8%of them exist in mild to moderate psychological problems;8.7%in the presence of severe mental health problems. In addition, College Students' psychological health by gender, discipline, grade, territoriality, family economic status characteristics vary significantly.(3) the psychological health of university students and each factor autoimmunization, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, interpersonal sensitivity, psychosis, paranoia, hostility, terror and other and setback coping style correlation. University student's setback coping style on mental health status were significantly related to, Stepwise regression analysis, that at a=0.051evel.From a gender perspective, on the positive coping style, Boys than girls to adopt positive coping style. Looks from the grade, High grade than the lower grade are more likely to adopt positive coping style. From the academic perspective, the science department life than the liberal arts students to adopt a positive coping style. Subordinate to the view, from the city of university student from countryside are much more likely to adopt positive coping style. From the family economic situation, Family economic status better than family economic condition are more likely to adopt positive coping style.On the negative coping style, Girls more likely than boys to negative coping style; Students in lower grades than students easy to negative coping style; Student of liberal art than science students to adopt negative coping style; Student from countryside from city college students more easily than negative coping style; The family economic condition than the family economic condition good easy to negative coping style.Last. The results on the basis of the analysis on how to enhance and improve university students'coping style, Promoting mental health and other aspects of the proposal:Rational understanding of self, learn self adjustment; Strengthen psychological counseling team of professional training, improving coping style; Create inspire college students' frustration in the external environment; Strengthens the physical training, improving coping style mental health; The construction of harmonious interpersonal relations, and promote the development of mental health.
