Frustration refers to negative emotional and behavioral reactions when people's need or motive,in purposed activities,cannot obtained for the obstacle or the same thought to be,which occurrence concerns both with the environmental an the individual factors. This article deals, in family,school and individual aspects, with a man who have a question of adaption, and makes a psychology intervention, which does in the way of both collective and individual counseling, in addition, the intervention profits from the behavior strengthening pattern of token control. The intervention involves self-confidence, learning behavior and interpersonal relationship problems, and makes a few respects such as parents,teachers,and students, which in order to let child to experience process of problem-solving and to face frustration correctly. Finally, the article provides child with frustrate situations to educate him to cope the frustration,which leads him to making reasonable attribution and correct behavior decision. Through the intervention, the child makes enable gradually to go away from inferiority, to set up the confidence, to show the tendency of dealing with other people, and to make his learning behavior improved, most importantly, through the intervention, the child masters the basic skills, such as adjusting mood, making reasonable attribution, correct decision, and firm behavior, which can be good for him to cope the uncertainty in future. Conclusion can be made in three aspects:the factors in family, school and unit have an effect on the produce of frustration; It's feasible and effective to carry on the case study of intervention based on the combination of group counseling and individual counseling; It's feasible and effective to carry on the case study about self-confidence training and nice learning habits acquisition by the way of token control.
