Student violence is a bad behavior that frequently is found in the primary and secondary schools. The incidence is10%-20%, the violence behavior have a great negative impact on the perpetrators and victims, for a long time, To perpetrators of violence may lead to adult criminal behavior which is not conducive to social stability. Over many years, the student subjected to violence will form a depression, low self-esteem, loneliness, interpersonal bad, etc., It affects the academic and mental health, or even self-mutilation and suicidal behavior. Therefore, It is particularly important to intervene in the violence of the middle school students to reduce their violence. This study was designed on the one hand to explore the relationship of meta-mood and high school students violent behavior, on the other hand through the experimental study further validate the meta-mood training of effective intervention programs to improve the effectiveness of high school students violence intervention and to explore high school students violence, to promote high school students grow up healthily, maintaining the campus harmony and social stability.In this study, there are two studies, study1is to explore the relationship between meta-mood and Student violence by using Students' violence questionnaire and meta-mood Inventory prepared by Cui Yu jie Lu Jia mei,321secondary school students in Taiyuan accept the test; study2is to Select three of which violence is quite natural classes students as the experimental group carried out a10-week intervention study, group A is To carry out the intervention is guided by the meta-mood, group B is to carry out pro-social behavior as a guide intervention, group C was the control group, experimental of the experiment.The results of this study are:(1) high school students violence, widespread degradation, and relational aggression and rights violations are more prominent.(2) among grades is significantly different, reflecting the remaining dimensions are in addition to physical aggression increased with increasing grade.(3) Students'violent behavior in the gender dimension is different, in general boys violence is higher than girls, girls violence is higher than boys in relational aggression dimension.(4) high school students violence is related significantly with meta-mood of which emotional expression, mood regulation as well as mood foresee are significantly negative correlation with the violence; Emotional adjustment of high school students is related significantly suffered violence; meta-mood expression, meta-mood adjustment and The meta-mood predictability is related with witnessed violence.(5) meta-mood regulation can predict suffer violence and perpetrators; emotional regulation can predict physical attacks and alternative attack; meta-mood regulation and meta-mood expression have a significant predictive effect of anger and hostility(6) The training of meta-mood is better than pro-social behavior training in the intervention of high school students violence, especially psychological violence.Conclusions:(1) High school students are used to insulting and relational aggressiont as the main form of violence.(2) it is negatively correlated significantly between meta-mood and students violence, in which emotion regulation ability can predict the occurrence of Students'violent behavior.(3) meta-mood training can improve high school students of violence, and better than the pro-social behavior training.
