Intelligence, apparently, is an essential factor for the winner in a war. The one who have more prominent spies and accurate intelligence has more possibility to win with lower price than who do not have it. Israel's experience is a good lesson about that. Even in the Bible, some chapters mentioned the story of ancient Judaic spies. Israel's traditions and worship of intelligence begin from then on.Jewish people are not treated well in a long history and the situation become worse in late19's and early20's.The peak of Anti-Semitism is made by Hitler in WWⅡ.With the influence of nationalism a few Jewish intellectuals are starting advocating the Zionism. Their idea is to build a independent country of Jews and the ideal place is Palestine. Besides for national benefit leading powers hold two world wars in short40years. Middle East become a key place by abundant oil and core site. In such bad condition Intelligence is quite necessary. And the spies do great works for Hagana and Jewish refugees.May14,1948is the time of establishment of the new Israel. The next day Jewish country face attacks of a lot Arabian soldiers. The war begins. Until1973there are four wars between Israel and Arab countries. Israel is a country with less people and worse army at the beginning. Although Israel's defense force develops quickly it is still beseted by enemies. Israel Intelligence Institutions play an important role at that time. The myth of Israel spies in the third war save their soldier's life and help them win in only six days.This paper has three chapters. The first chapter is about the intelligence works in1917to1948.The second chapter is analysing spy works from1948to1973.The last chapter it the discussion of the relationship of Intelligence and National Security and Diplomacy, Political Democracy.
