This paper takes the Tenancy Contract Documents as object of study which unearthed in Turpan from five to eight century. To conduct research on date of writing contract, this is for analyzing the law of evolving to polite formula and seat.The paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the introduction to the writing the reason,introducing research status at home and abroad,situation using of materials, research methods and significance. The second part set out the table on the Tenancy Contract Documents unearthed in Turpan, and through the analysis of the table, this is for analyzing the law of evolving to polite formula and seat. The last part of the article analyzes the contact between Turpan and inland from the law of evolving to polite formula and seat. And this part reflects the historical information about village regulations and agreements in Turpan.Through the analysis of the Tenancy Contract Documents unearthed in Turpan between five to eight centuries, which make known there are two formulations:One kind is mixing Reign title and ten celestial stems and twelve branches; another kind is only Reign title. As time goes by, the seat of writing contract date also changed. Before the eighth century, the seat of writing contract date was mostly in the first term of the contract. To the eighth century, the seat of writing contract date began to move backward. There have been two situations:in the second item and the latter part of the contract. At the same time, the content adds to the land boundaries. These changes were interaction and inherit with China's interior. As an important part of village regulations and agreements, the contract also maintains the social order of the local.
