Research Of Contract Culture In Contemporary China

The degree of recognition of the contract has been improved,with the concept of the contract gradually rooted in people’s hearts,the contract culture contains the integrity and trustworthiness,independence,equality and freedom,human rights and so on behalf of the advanced concept of social progress.Worth pondering,contract culture can put a large light in the western society.In contemporary Chinese society but elusive contract culture disappeared.This is undoubtedly a big loss of social development in china.Therefore,in order to discuss how to construct the contract culture in contemporary China,it is necessary for us to consider the contract history and the evolution of contract in the western society with the objective of history.In China,a country with a lack of contract should pay more attention to the strategic significance of the construction of contract culture.This paper is based on the research of the rich western contract theory,based on this theory,to explore the important significance of the construction of China’s contract culture,and to analyze the key issues to be solved in the construction of China’s contract culture.As a result of our country’s two thousand years of feudal society,the social economy mainly presents as a self-sufficient agricultural social economic form,the lack of development of contract culture and environment,can not adapt to the rapid development of China’s commodity economy and economic internationalization,more can not meet the needs of the people in the socialist market economy and the reality of the national public power constraints,but can not fully protect the people’s right to protect the public,as a result of this construction contract culture and its necessity can not be ignored.This paper is divided into five parts except the introduction and conclusion.The first part focuses on the concept of the contract and the origin of contract cultrue.In the second part,the paper expounds and analyzes the top elements of the Western contract culture,namely the contract spirit and the contract government.The third part discusses the thinking direction of contract culture construction by combining thecontemporary China contract culture status and dilemma.In the fourth part,this part puts forward some suggestions on the construction of contract culture.The fifth part is the conclusion.
