Under the principle of theoretical guidance of relationship between form and content, adhere to macro and micro, drawing on Chinese lexicology, sociolinguistics, foreign words in Modern Chinese static and dynamic system to do the re-carding, and strive to stand clear theoretical point of view on Foreign Language Translation in the form of the concept of research, both theoretical and a practical, both descriptive and explanatory, and thus strive predecessors research on the basis of, to make a clear and innovation to explore and comb. This dissertation is divided into five chapters. It aims at furthering the study to be both descriptive and explanatory on the one hand, and both theoretical and practical on the other.The first chapter describes the scope of the study, significance, research theory and methods, as well as the corpus source.The second chapter tells from the total when a static point of finishing the previous research results.The third chapter, starting from the dialectical relationship between form and content, discusses the classification of the Chinese Translation of foreign language concept form. Pure word transliteration, transliteration pun word, pure foreign language letters, words, pure foreign language word; half transliteration and free translation class, the transliteration filling class, letters, words filling class; words and imitation of pure paraphrase translation of the word.The fourth chapter discusses the rationale for Chinese Translation of foreign language concept selected in the form of resistance. The use of modern Chinese to introduce the concept of transformation of foreign language or directly copy the source of the word, are in compliance and to maximize the characteristics of modern Chinese or rich modern Chinese phonetic writing system in the form and content as well as by language use economic principles underlying factors based on the selection and perfect development.The conclusion tells the summary view of this article and innovation, and points out the inadequacies.
