The contemporary moral philosophy research paradigm should concentrate on organizations. And organizational morality should be different from general moral study of organizational ethics research. Because compared with organizational ethics, organizational morality is not only retrospective, but also controllable. Organization of the moral force system research and use should be the core of the moral research organization theory task. Grasp the organization system the basic components of moral force elements, the basic operation mode to solve and prevent the modern social each major fields could face significant moral or ethical dilemmas, and it has important theoretical and practical significance.Contemporary so-called applied ethics object domain, and in fact is the organizational moral problems, the connotation of moral research of organizations, can cover applied ethics.
