In recent years, along with the environment gradually become complex and the competition among the corporations is more and more vigorous, the organizations and employees always face all new ethics problem and predicament. Organizational ethics climate (OEC) is a valid path to resolve the ethics problem and predicament, therefore the research on the organizational ethics climate in china, having great significance to the ethics problem and predicament that organizations and employees always face.In the context of China, this research explored the inner structure of Organizational ethical climate (OEC) and established the Organizational ethical climate questionnaire (OECQ). It also investigated the correlation between OEC and the variables of organizational behavior, as well as the influence of different facets of OEC on Organization satisfaction and emotion commitment. For data analysis, analysis of variance, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of SEM (structure equation model) were applied in the present study.The research was divided into two parts:(1) Exploration of the inner structure of OEC in China and the establishment of OECQ. Based on the principles of scale construction, the research established CSRP questionnaire by methods of in-depth interview, open questionnaire and literature review. After then, a pilot study was implemented surveying a small sample both to test the quality of questionnaire items and to find out the problems while investigating. Next, revised questionnaires were applied to carry on larger scale investigation and 709 valid questionnaires were collected. The result of EFA and CFA confirmed that OECQ in China consisted of five factors, separately named as rule oriented, instrumentalism oriented, caring oriented, independence oriented, independence oriented.(2) Analysis of the relationship between OEC and variables of organizational behavior. It was found that OEC had significant positive correlation with organization satisfaction felt by employees. It also had significant positive correlation with employees'corporate commitment.Investigation of the influence of different facets of OEC on employees'organization satisfaction and corporate commitment. It was discovered that the different facets of OEC had different influence on the employees'organization satisfaction and corporate commitment, but caring oriented climate had decisive influence on them.In the article's last part,the researches theoretical and practical value are pointed out, and current limitations and suggestions for future research are also discussed.
