Junan county is part of linyi city, Shandong province, located in the southeastern part of Shandong province, where is the junction of Jiangsu province. According to the"Atlas of the Chinese language", the Junan dialect belongs to Northern Mandarin and with the plastic nature of Jiaoliao Mandarin. After reform and opening up, the research for Shandong dialects is fruitful, although some works have also mentioned this part of dialect, but still have no systematic survey and study. So in this article, the survey of this dialect is necessary and also with great practical significance.This survey primarily analyzes phonology, vocabulary. The grammar section, because the differences between Junan dialect grammar and its surrounding countries are small, and quite a number of scholars have made detailed description and discussion about the surrounding dialect grammar, so this article is not to repeat the Junan dialect grammar: first, phonology, introduce phonological features, the relationship of initial and final and tone, homonyms, comparison between ancient phonology and modern phonology, tone sandhi, erhua, the difference between spoken language and written language and so on, in order to reflect the whole of the Junan dialect based on synchronic and diachronic; second, vocabulary, we mainly collect some characteristic words of Junan (luzhen) dialect to explain and describe; simultaneously, the question about attribution of the Junan dialect is briefly discussed in the last.
