Ideological And Political Education To Young Workers Of State-owned Enterprises In The Construction Of Harmonious Society

Report to the Seventeenth Party Congress pointed out: "Social harmony is an essentialattribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Scientific development and social harmonyis unified. The ideological and political education is a certain social organizations or socialgroups carry out a planned, organized, purposeful social practice , by the use of ideas, ethicsand political views, and other means to its members, the behavior of its members to meet theideological and ethical requirements. As the important means to guide people to the formationof correct thinking and behavior, ideological and political education focus on the changes ofpeople’s thoughts, ideas and position and the formation the world view, outlook on life andvalues. In China, the ideological and political education is the main content of socialistspiritual civilization, is also an important means to resolve social conflicts and problems thatcurrently exist.The state-owned enterprises are the backbone of the national economy, made asignificant contribution to China’s economic development. The state-owned enterprises areimportant cells of the socio-economic development. Realizing, safeguarding, and developingthe fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of workers is important to a socialistharmonious society. The ideological and political work is the lifeline of the state-ownedenterprises. Strengthening and improving ideological and political work of state-ownedenterprises under the new situation has great significance to insist on the ownership status ofthe working class, and fully mobilize the initiative and creativity of workers, enhance the corecompetitiveness of enterprises, ensure good and fast development and promote socialism corevalue system.This paper researches ideological and political education to young workers ofstate-owned enterprises in the construction of harmonious society from the following aspects.The first part is the introduction of basic theory. It includes the purpose and significance ofresearch, related literature review and the research idea and research method of this paper. The second part analyzes some basic problems of the young workers of state-ownedenterprise ideological and political education, including ideological and political educationcontent and features, characteristics, role and content of ideological and political educationwork for young workers of state-owned enterprises. The third part studies the impact ofenterprise reform on young workers and the problems of ideological and political educationto young workers of state-owned enterprise starting from the survey to Young Workers’ideological trends of Yuwu Mining Company. In the fourth part of the article, this paperproposed some countermeasures of innovation ideological and political education of youngworkers.
