Compared with bilateral ODA, multilateral ODA boasts its great advantages and functions , such as higher transparency, less state interests. Also, multilateral ODA could be better used to improve the poverty of undeveloped countries. Multilateral agencies supply a good arena for better coordination with global issues. In this way, multilateral ODA plays an increasing important role nowadays. As for China, a great improvement has been made in both quality and international agencies attended. However, there are still deficiencies in our quality, transparency of bilateral aid, and legal system of foreign aid as well. In order to reach the goal of win-win world, China should pay great efforts and learn from other countries in the aid field with the improvement of the comprehensive power. Besides, our government should pay more attention on the effectiveness of aid and good state image according to harmony world.
