The social responsibility of contemporary sense of young people related to the future of the future of the motherland and social development, therefore, essential to develop young people's sense of social responsibility.This paper gives the definition of social responsibility, given his understanding. On this basis, analysising the urgency of social responsibility among young people, including environment of international development, and domestic development of new tasks and improve their quality of young people's needs. Currently, from the whole, the mainstream of social responsibility of young people is healthy, but also in some sense of responsibility of young people who are not strong phenomenon, mainly in: Heavy personal interests, the interests of society as a whole light; re personal development, light the overall development of society; heavy personal ideals, than to social ideals; heavy personal responsibility, than to social responsibility. This lack of social responsibility, for many reasons, social, school and family-related external factors, but also the internal aspects of young people themselves.Under the new situation, the culture of social responsibility of contemporary youth, it should be from the corresponding aspect:First, it must to strengthen young people's self-education on social responsibility.
