At present,China is in the crucial period of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Young cadres have played an important role in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The 18 th national congress of the communist party of China and 19 th national congress of the communist party of China also put forward new development requirements for the construction of the cadre team,emphasizing that party organizations at all levels should do a good job in the construction of the cadre team,strengthen the training and selection of young cadres,and build a high-quality ruling cadre team.Young cadres,however,still there are professional knowledge level is not enough,the daily regulation is not comprehensive,in the face of job burnout problem such as negative,cadres,especially the grass-roots cadres growing period,the generation of these problems will directly affect the operation,the work of a department or even drives a regional economic development and social stability.Faced with these contradictions,dantu district of zhenjiang city attaches great importance to the training and selection of young cadres,and actively explores the cadre training mode in line with the actual local conditions,and takes "exploring the path for young cadres to grow into talents" as the key project.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the training and selection of young cadres.Through a variety of research methods,this paper focuses on comprehensive analysis of Dantu district cadres,and through further research,questionnaire,data analysis methods such as palm Dantu district young cadre team construction,this paper expounds the current Dantu district young cadres lack of professional talents,cultivation model of a single,evaluation mechanism is not perfect,imperfect selection policy,found the main cause of these problems including Richard mothball cadre management limited,training methods are scientific,cultivating the lack of long-term planning,advanced enough of the investigation ways,etc.,According to the specific problems,the paper puts forward some optimization measures,such as changing the concept of employing people,strictly setting the standards for selecting young cadres,innovating the cadre supervision mode under new circumstances,improving the cultivation mechanism,and implementing the reserve cadres management mechanism,so as to put forward optimization Suggestions for the construction of young cadres in Dantu district.
