Risk Theory Of Political Participation And Political Participation Risk Research

The risk of citizen's political participation is a new field of political science. As a common phenomenon, the risk of Political participation not only exist in one country. Political participation risk theory has a strong applicability. Through the studies of the cases of China's political participation risk, this article make a construction of the power operation model. With the researching of political participation elements, political operation mechanism and risk of citizen's political participation, the author holds that the operation of political power is cause of the problems of China's political participation risk. Centred around the power of the party, the system of political power operation is in a status of general equilibrium and localized disequilibrium. But we can achieve a relatively balanced and more stable political power operation model, through the improvement of the political power operation system, and reach the goal of constrainting political power and protecting citizens' political right and interest.
