The Research On The Urban Community Support For The Aged In China

According to the international standards, if the rate of the elderly population aged 60 or above over 10﹪,or the rate of the elderly population aged 65 or above over 7﹪, it is called " the aged society", according to this standard, China went into" the aged society" in 1999.Its speed is so quick that bring many serious problems and challenges to the urban community support for the aged in China, traditional support for the aged faces greater impact and challenges.First, this paper reviewed relevant scholars on the basis of research achievements, conjunct with the relevant community pension theories, emphasized the theoretical and practical significance about the present researches in urban community pension.Secondly, from our community pension present situation, on the basis of China's community pension results, this paper analyzed the problems which still exist in the community pension, such as: weak in the infrastructure constructions, the workers'quality are not high, the laws and regulations is imperfect, understand the community pension, the spiritual support hasn't been paid attention to.Combianting the related survey data ,emphasized the necessity of the development and improvement of community pension.Again, analyzed main methods and content about the community pension in the UK, USA, Japan, summarized the successful experience, analyzed the advantagements and disadvantages in China's urban community pension and then put forward that our country should learn from other countries'success, make our perfect pension service system from the construction of the law, encouraging NGOs to take part in community pension service.Finally, proposed the countermeasures to improve our community pension. Mainly in the following aspects: strengthen infrastructure constructions, increase financial investment, strengthen relevant workers'professional quality training, improve the community service pension of the relevant laws and the legal system Raise community awareness of the pension, improve the community services and concern of the old-age pension demand for elderly mental.
