Research On The Issue Of Community Mutual Support And Elderly Support In Zhengzhou City

With the rapid development of our country's economy and society,the aging of the population is also becoming more and more serious,and the pressure on old-age pensions is also increasing.Since the reform and opening up,the social security function of families and units has gradually declined,and the pension problem has gradually become a society.problem.Mutual support for the elderly as a new mode of old-age care has started to develop in China in recent years.Although the mutual aid and pension system has achieved better and faster development in the rural areas,the development in the cities is lagging behind.At present,there is little research on urban community mutual assistance and pension support at the current stage.The general public also has insufficient understanding and awareness of mutual aid and pension support.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on community mutual assistance and pension.This paper takes the community mutual assistance and old-age care in Zhengzhou as the research object,deeply studies the development status and existing problems of mutual assistance and old-age support in the community in Zhengzhou,and the participation willingness and influencing factors of mutual assistance and retirement for the elderly in the community,so as to find out the existence of mutual assistance and old-age support in the community in Zhengzhou City.The causes of the problem,and then put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main research method used in this paper is a questionnaire survey and a field survey was conducted in Zhengzhou City.The article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.It introduces the research background,research significance,research summary,research methods,innovations and deficiencies of the research,as well as the definition and theoretical basis of some of the core concepts used in this paper.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the status quo of community support for the elderly in Zhengzhou City.It introduces the situation of field surveys conducted in Zhengzhou City and the statistical analysis results of the survey data.It also finds out the status quo and existing problems of the development of community mutual assistance and pension in Zhengzhou City.It is a low level of development,a good development prospects,and a high willingness to participate in the elderly;existing problems include inadequate supply of community mutual assistance and retirement services,insufficient publicity for community mutualassistance and pension,and low level of understanding and participation of the elderly;The analysis of the reasons for the problems of mutual assistance for the aged in the community in Zhengzhou includes the lack of government policies and publicity,the lack of resources to support mutual assistance and retirement,and the backwardness of concepts and development;the fourth part addresses the issues of mutual assistance and support for the elderly in Zhengzhou and the reasons for their occurrence.The successful experience of mutual support for the elderly in the community was put forward Exhibition Zhengzhou City,countermeasures and suggestions mutual aid pension community,including improve policies and regulations,strengthen financial support to step up publicity efforts to integrate community resources and encourage community participation.There are two main points of innovation in this paper.First,this paper clearly defines the concept of mutual aid and pension;secondly,this article takes Zhengzhou City of Henan Province as an example to conduct research,conducts field surveys in Zhengzhou City,and has an in-depth understanding of the mutual help and pension for the community in Zhengzhou City.The status quo and issues have,to a certain extent,filled the research gap in the field of urban mutual aid and pension.
