China after SARS has begun to enter crisis high-incidence season since2003, in8years later, the crisis quantity has not shown the declining trend, has grown inintensity instead. The crisis becomes an eternal topic with closely bound by humanlife. Just because of this, our government must improve and perfect the research andpractice as soon as possible for accelerating to reply and deal with the crisis. Theeffective public crisis management becomes the most important thing that is a routineof Chinese Government.I have preliminary understanding on the current crisis management situation toour country and the advanced country of world through reading a large number oftheory books and studying on the spot. In this thesis, I have analyzed the behavior inthe process for a few years in crisis management of our country with my own visualangle, also analyzed the problem and disadvantages that our country exists in crisismanagement at present.The opportunity and challenge coexists, the mission and responsibility let usmove ahead. In the globalized process, our government should set up effectively theearly warning and communication mechanism of the crisis, improve the abilitywholly that the whole people resist the crisis influence by bringing the minority alongto the majority, strengthen the leader’s ability of administration, improve the citizen’scrisis awareness. Let our country set up effective and prompt system and mechanismas soon as possible in the crisis management afterwards, try our best to make ourcountry as soon as possible become the one that the crisis occurs little and the crisismanages effectively.
