The Study On The Criminal Investigative Strategy From The Scope Of Social Psychology

Strategy is an exteriorization combined with observations and dialectical thinking abilities. It is the fruit of the unity of people's subjective and objective opinions. As an important form of human thinking activities, it is everywhere and it exists all the time. In every aspect of social life, there is strategic wisdoms and their consequences. As well, the strategy also plays an important role in the investigative activities. The investigative activities require strategy. It is a psychological game by using wisdom, a way of taming the heart guided by the wisdom. Under some circumstances, it affects the outcome of the investigative activities greatly. This article tries to give a deep and thorough interpretation on the strategy from the scope of social psychology, in order to dig out the essence of strategy. Then, apply it to guide the investigative activities.This article contains three parts, with total words of 35,000The first part analyzes the basis of the strategic wisdom. It demonstrates the basis of strategic wisdom from four perspectives. Starting from the traditional understandings of the strategy, clears the history of strategy, defines the strategy, analyzes the inner connection between strategy and wisdom. As for the quality of strategy, this article begins with the"history of strategy", defines the inner quality of strategy from the perspective of philosophy. Then further analyzes the connections between strategy and wisdom, points out that the strategy is a form wisdom. It is the knowledge system about the wisdom, and the wisdom is the ultimate goal of strategy.The second part studies on the social psychology theory of strategic wisdom. It is a very complicated social phenomenon of the development of strategic wisdom. It has a strong social basis which accumulated for a long time. During its development, the three factors---the social pattern, the power of reason and the factor of emotion have no doubt played the revolutionary role. None of them can be ignored, just like the pillar which supported the whole system of strategic wisdom. As a result, while studying on the forming mechanism of strategic wisdom, we shouldn't limit our scope within the traditional military strategy and tactics, instead, we should concentrate on its core element---the society. This part defines and demonstrates through the social patterns, the power of reason and the factor of emotion, studies on the forming mechanism of the strategic wisdom from a wider scope, which gives us the forming process of strategic wisdom from a perspective as a whole.The third part discusses the strategic accomplishment of the investigative subject. The strategy plays a key role in guiding the investigative behavior. The investigative behavior requires the investigative subject to improve their strategic accomplishment. This part studies how to improve the strategic accomplishment of the investigative subject from three perspectives. First, it clears the relationship between the strategy and investigative behavior. It also gives a scientific analysis on the concept of investigative subject. On this basis, it combines with the foregoing two parts, gives an active understanding on the forming mechanism of strategic wisdom. It also tries to find ways to improve the strategic accomplishment of individuals and institutions from the perspectives of investigative personnel and investigative institutions.
