Current Problems And Countermeasures In The Network Of Political Participation

With the rapid development of Internet, a new type of participation way- Internet political participation comes into being. Different with the traditional political participation, Internet has a far-reaching influence on human political life with its virtual and interactive characteristics. The zero threshold of this Internet political participation has tremendously inspired people's political participation enthusiasm. The meaning of Internet has far exceeded itself as an instrument for communication. To a certain extent, Internet has changed China's political environment, being a realistic way for citizens to achieve their political rights and an effective way of interaction between the government and citizen. As a new political phenomenon, Internet political participation has its advantages and disadvantages. For government, Internet political participation is an opportunity as well as a threat. How to avoid the disadvantages and give full play to the advantages in the era of Internet has become a difficulty in front of the government.Based on the analysis of the concept, characteristics, influence and development history, this paper finds out the problems incurred by the Internet political participation in China's current situation. The problems of unevenness of participation body and disorder in the process will lead to a massive panic and crisis of confidence of the government. To solve these problems, on the one hand, the government should change the old idea to adapt the current situation, viewing the on line opinions rationally and building a benignant active relationship between the government and internet. On the other hand, the government should transform the governance model to govern the Internet political participation.
