With the deep development of the Internet political participation, it has positive significance to probe into the new tendency and new character of the Internet political participation in our country on ensuring orderly political participation for our country's citizens.This article tries to analyze the differences between traditional political participation and Internet political participation from the beginning of the definition of political participation, and then has discovered the new features of the Internet political participation.
