A Study On The Model Construction And Empirical Research Of Public's Demand Analysis For G2C E-Governement

E-government is a man-machine system which based on the theory of modern management. It uses IT technology as a basic tool, with government management and good governance as its object or goal. The function of E-government is to provide decision-making basis and efficient, excellent service for all types of users. The basic application mode of E-government includes G2G, G2E, G2B and G2C four types. At present, in the background of transformation of government functions and construction of service-oriented government, G2C E-government can provide the public with convenient high quality service, and open up channels for public participation in politics, so G2C E-government becomes the key point of E-government.For the public, G2C E-government is a fast, convenient way to get government services, and provides the public with practical ways of political participation and discussion, and through direct communication with the government to narrow the distance between the government and the public, establishes a good government image. The main mission of G2C E-government is to serve the public, so the construction of G2C E-government must have the concept focused on the public demand. The government should adopt the scientific method to capture the public's demand for E-government accurately and timely, then to meet these demands. This is the basis of the construction of G2C E-government.In order to provide some reference for the construction of G2C E-government with the concept focused on the public's demand, this article introduces the Kano model to the public's demand analysis of G2C E-government, constructs the public's demand analysis model for G2C E-government, and demonstrates how to use this model in practical. This article includes five chapters.Chapter I:Introduction. This part describes the background and research significance, status, main contents and target, introduces research methods, structure system and technical routes, also the main innovation point.Chapter II:The theoretical basis about public's demand analysis model for G2C E-government. This part elaborates the concept of E-government and the basic application mode, focusing on the content of G2C E-government and the public demand for G2C E-government implication and characteristics, then in term of Kano model, from the perspective of the breadth and depth, analyses public's demand of G2C E-government.Chapter III:The construction of public's demand analysis model for G2C E-government. This part introduces the basic ideas of public's demand analysis, constructs the public's demand analysis model for G2C E-government with the basis of Kano mode, and specifics the model content, then explains how to use the model to capture the public's demand.Chapter IV:The application of public's demand analysis model for G2C E-government.
