The Status Of Migrant Young Female Workers' Ideals And Beliefs And Ways Of Nurturing

With the accelerating process of urbanization, more and more farmers become migrant workers, and the formation of migrant workers is both a familiar and specific social groups, and "migrant young women" has long been one of the important part. Their life situation is also increasingly a cause for concern.According to the survey, the present situation of migrant young female workers, especially in terms of ideals and faith should obtained society's understanding and care.Ideal is the sublimation of desire, is that people seeking a better life for the future and yearning for, is to go beyond reality, a high degree of conscious self-awareness, and it also reflects to some extent political position, and the world outlook, outlook on life and values. The belief is that people in the community formed by the process of practice on some things, theories, rules and principles of self-confident sense of the heart, and firmly believe that good results can produce a stable and lasting concept. Ideals become reality requires the firm faith.From the survey, many of the ideals and beliefs of migrant young female workers showed the following characteristics:poor awareness of ideals and faith, the ideal light to show the spirit but valued material, lack of confidence to adhere to the ideals and beliefs, lack of proper moral ideals, not strong awareness of social participation and so on. Led to the emergence of this situation has a great relationship with the natural attributes, social environment, education, career, gender awareness, personal home environment, urban development and Chinese traditional concept. We have to resolve these problems in conjunction with a wide range of efforts, I focus on young women to excavate their own proficiency, full play the government's public service function, make full use of this enterprise platform, active use of social resources approaches.From the concept of the exotic young female workers and the ideals and beliefs, centering on the ideals and faith of exotic young female workers, from the theory and practice to analyze in order to explore suitable ways and means for cultivate and develop the ideals and beliefs of migrant young women, and make strategies for training the youth workers' ideals and beliefs at this stage.The value of this research is to try to study foreign youth groups of women workers from the perspective of ideological and political education, and ultimately settled the issue to the ideals and beliefs, broadening the target groups of ideals and beliefs, with practice, pioneering and innovative.This paper uses interview, observation, literature study, explained the concept, comparative analysis, such as the comprehensive analysis of theory and practice.
