The Research Of Problems And Countermeasures For Migrant Female Workers

With the rapid development of economic globalization, population migrant is accelerating at an unprecedented rate, and this practical problem has become one of the marked characteristics of the society. Since China took the Reform and Opening-up Policy, industrialization and urbanization grow fast, and more and more surplus labor forces are flowing from underdeveloped arrears to relatively developed areas, from rural areas to urban areas. In this branch army of migrant population, the female labors force as well as the male labor forces, move to the city to change the poor condition, and become a force that can not be ignored.The migrant female workers make great contribution to the economic development, market prosperity and urban construction when they enter the city to be worker or businesswomen. They work for the economy and society of the city, and obtain more return than in rural areas, which change their lives subtly and reshape themselves. When the migrant female workers work in the city, they are in the position of weakness, in addition to the aspects of themselves and the social environment, their individual and overall rights are infringed frequently, which can be shown in the issues of labor rights protection.This article attempts to take Yuhuan County, Zhejiang Province as a case. By the way of interview and investigation, the author studies the present situation of labor rights protection of the migrant female workers in Yuhuan County, and analyzes the reasons, thus to propose the suggestions and measures to protect the rights of migrant female workers. The author hopes these suggestions and measures can help the migrant female workers as well as the society and economy to promote harmoniously, thus to make useful exploration in the protection of female rights, particularly the group of the migrant female workers.
