Equal right is a basic human right, performance in employment is to equal opportunity and not discriminated equal employment rights. The essence of equal right to employment is the employee has equality of rights on employment and equality of opportunity, oppose any kinds of unreasonable difference treatments. Some national public authorities and business in the process of recruitment talents, if the college graduates did not come from 211 universities, they won't take them, this kind of act, is a kind of discrimination in employment, is a violation of the college graduates'equal right to employment, who did not come from 211 universities. Overall, the college graduates who didn't come from 211 universities, their equal rights are infringed on the employment, has both social reasons, and legal system is not perfected reasons. To ensure that the not"211"college graduates have fair right to employment, must update social ideas, change some of the current society's unreasonable concept of employment and employing mechanism from fundamentally; meanwhile, improve the legal system's security and relief function.For protected not"211"college graduates'right to fair employment, can take the following measures: first, make use of propaganda and education to enhance the whole society's realize of equality in employment; Second, the employing unit must establishing reasonable standards for recruitment; Third, improvement of the existing laws and regulations, abolish the discriminatory rules, which existed in recent laws and regulations, establish the system of review the normative documents, enact the employment discrimination act; Fourth, perfecting the judicial relief and administrative mechanism, by strengthening the administrative proceedings, contain the employment discrimination to not"211"college graduates, which come from national public authorities, and to set up employment equity commission, severely control enterprises and institutions's colleges discrimination act. In a word, protecting not"211"college graduates'equal right to employment, the mainest is need national public authorities lead by example, and through the legislative organ, judicial and administrative means actively defending.
