Elite Under The Auspices Of Village Power And Interests Of The Game

In the political background of the villagers'self-governance, there are many problems in the interests of the game which bring the changes of the interest framework. In this progress, if there is no elites in the interests of the games, it will bring disorders of the interest framework. To understand the role of the elites in the interests of the game more systematically and more impersonally will help us to understand the relationship between the elite and the villagers more profound, and will help to advance the villagers'self-governance.This article will take a village for an example. it will be put in the background of the change of interest framework in the state key projects policy. It will compare the different result between whether the elite makes a role. At the last, we will advance some expectations of villager's administration and the political participation. The full-text divided mainly into four parts. In the first part, we will analyses the ecological setting of the leading political elite, that is in the background of villagers'self-governance, whether the governance of the country or the village, the elites must play an important role. Then we will introduce a sample of the concrete event, and the basic situation of the elite. On this basis, we will analyses the real role of the elites from the static and the dynamic perspective. In the end, we will find that there are also some problems of the role of the elite, and we will give some suggestions and anticipations.
