Generation Of Migrant Workers Criminal Causes

At present the topic of new-generation of migrant workers has become the focus of attention. The influx of young urban migrant workers provides endless labor for the rapid development of the city. But it also brings the city a lot of social problems, such as the growing crime problem. Born in the period of reform and opening up, growth in the new century, the new-generation of migrant workers have a significant characteristic of the times. Because of its growing experience, level of education is different from the previous generation of migrant workers. They have the deeper understanding of the city, the more need for self-development. The inequality based on urban-rural dual structure affects their possibility into the city. These factors lead to high crime rates in this group.This study uses questionnaires and in-depth interviews, draw on sociological theories of crime. Through the new generation of migrant workers the prison sample of offenders to understand and create the new generation of migrant workers reveals the social causes of crime.This article'is divided into four parts.The first part is an introduction to explain the proposed research questions, theories and research methods and ideas for review.The second part is the definition of target groups, analysis of characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers groups, and criminal characteristics.The third part introduces the questionnaire and in-depth interviews in the application of this article.The fourth part is the use of survey data and case studies to reveal the causes of crime generation of migrant workers.The fifth part is a summary of the research described. Unequal access to education, weakening of social relations, institutional discrimination, social discrimination, inequality, sub-cultural factors have contributed to generation of migrant workers in the crime.
