Research On The Crime Of New-Generation-Migrant-Workers In Mudanjiang City

In the process of the development of reform and opening up，the migrantworkers gradually grow and become a special laborer group，who plays a veryimportant role in the process of the modernization construction in ourcountry.However，in the recent years， some subtle changes have taken place in thisgroup. The new generation of migrant workers has become the main body of thisgroup，when we compared this group with their elder generation，we find that theirdifference is they were born or grew up in cities， but have no city registeredpermanent residence and cannot enjoy the same various welfare treatment as the citydwellers. It is all kinds of unequal treatment that induce the criminal problem of thenew generation of migrant workers.Through the study of this article， we hope to achieve the following purposes:First of all， this paper based on the theory and the investigation to study theworkers’ crime in the Mudanjiang city. Finding out the cause of the crime andputting forward constructive suggestions according to the reasons to prevent andreduce the number of new generation migrant workers crime and recidivismeffectively， so that reduce its social harmfulness.Second，it can reduce theeconomic loss of new generation of migrant workers’ crime and maintain economicsecurity in the region effectively. Again， let the village population in the city cansatisfy their city desire gradually. The most prominent reaction is the ruralpopulation flood into cities and agricultural population become the non-agriculturalpopulation in the process of urbanization. This article put forward opinions toprevent and reduce crime among the new generation of migrant workers through thestudy of this problem， which has very important significance to promote theurbanization process. Finally， putting forward prevention and treatment measures through studying the characteristics of the new generation migrant workers’ crime，which also has great significance to the research and the settle of the problem inother area.This article mainly aims at the the problem of Mudanjiang city and carry out theresearch. This paper is based on the data of migrant workers’ crime in theMudanjiang city，through adopting the method of questionnaire survey and in-depthinterview to explain the reasons and take some countermeasures. This paper isdivided into six parts altogether:The first part mainly introduce the research statusand research methods about this kind of problem at home and abroad so far. Thesecond part is mainly about the theory of the crime. This part mainly explain thequestion of migrant workers crime from theory. The third part is a summary aboutthe present situation of the crime in the Mudanjiang city， which makes us have abetter understanding on the occurrence of this problem through the data. The fourthand fifth part is the analysis of the reasons and put forward the correspondingmeasures for the problem in the Mudanjiang city. Finally we summarize this issue，so that let us have a clear understanding of the problem and know how to preventsuch problems.
