With the rapid development of social economy of our country and of urbanization process, urban areas have been expanding constantly. A large number of countryside lands is expropriated, rural land into urban land use, and speed up year after year. Because of the hysteretic quality and distempered nets of the laws and the regulations, adjustment of the existing law can not impose the contradiction of land expropriation in reality, more and more off-land peasants did not increase but reduced the standard of living, many of the social issues are raised. But one of the most prominent is the issue of compensation for expropriation of countryside land.The off-land peasants cultivate land while having no land, enter the city with on job, and remove with no homestead. That will intensify social contradictions, affect social stability, and hinder the process of constructing harmonious society. Meanwhile, symptoms of abuse of the land are very serious, large number of indiscriminate land acquisition. Large number countryside land has been expropriated, threatened the rational use and allocation of the national land directly, as well as social stability and unity.This article takes the land expropriation compensation system as the research object, on the basis of its basic theory, comparative analysis of the specific circumstances of the system of extraterritorial. Then, after analysis the current status of the land acquisition compensation and the defect, put forward the suggestions and strategies. The paper use the comparative research and historical research methods, analysis other countries and regions'land expropriation compensation systems, from the economic point to analysis the land requisition compensation system, based on this analysis of the current shortcomings of the system, and put forward the proposals.
