Government Information Open Analysis Based On Government Web

The rapid development of the network, and the necessity of open government information, make the government website as an essential government information open channel. From the 1999 "Government Online Project " started, after ten years' development, government websites have been the beginning of Scale, public information and services of the site are steadily improving. But starting with the earlier e-government countries, such as the United States, Canada, Singapore, there is still a gap. Therefore, it is necessary to research our government Web site information open current situation intensively to find the gap with other countries, Achievements and problems, and strive to achieve the construction of service-oriented government website.This paper focuses on the theme of government website information open. First of all, government web sites and government information have a preliminary understanding, so that we clear the government website's dominant position of information disclosure. Then summarizes some information disclosure experience of foreign government websites, combined with China's actual situation, learn from each other, complement each other.This article analyzed present situation of information disclosure of government websites emphatically and quantitatively. Based on the principle of geographical division three regions, a total of 18 government web sites of cities and counties in three provinces were selected, so we have a macroscopic and overall understanding of our country's government website information open. According to the 2009 assessment of government websites and government websites Information Architecture Index theory, I successfully built a more practical evaluation index system. Based on assessment data, information disclosure on government websites of China had a horizontal and vertical analysis, in-depth, draw constructive conclusions, analyze the reasons of these issues, and advanced some guidance, using recommendations.
