| Since 2014,Shanghai Municipal Bureau of data resource management announced the working plan to the public,built the first government open data website,our open government data website grows rapidly,and is paid more attention by the government.The open of government open data website,it can not only help the government to improve their management transparency,but also can enhance the management ability and efficiency,this is the important power to promote economic development and social innovation.However,whether the government open data website can meet the need of information for users,we can not think of because of the lacking of effective evaluation system.The research of the government open data website mainly concentrated on the descriptive statistics about the site status,and lacking the quantitative study about the evaluation system of government open data website.This article builds an effective government open data site evaluation system,and validates by 11 representative government open data websites as examples through the literature material method,analytic hierarchy process method,which bases on the existing website evaluation system and open government data evaluation research.At last,the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of government open data websites,in order to promote open government data website service level for the future. |
