Executive ability is an important component of the government capacity. In the fierce international competition, a country's internation competitiveness is no longer material, information and human resources. a country's internation competitiveness depends on the weak of the government's executive power.Whether in theory or in practice, the government execution is a new concept in our country.And government execution relevanting theoretical supporting measures is still not perfect mismanagement.In recent years, three consecutive of government execution concept is written into the government work report of the party and state, shows that the Chinese government that had fully recognize the importance of the construction of the government's executive power.
