Study On The Executive Ability Of Government

Recently,"Executive Ability"is one of the most popular topics in the field of business administration."No Executive Ability,NO Competitive Advantages",this perspective indicates the significance of executive ability to the development of the enterprise.In the fierce market competition,the success or failure of an enterprise is determined by the executive ability.In the world of increasingly fierce international competition today,the international competitiveness of a country is not only determined by the wealth,information,or human resource,but also depended on the executive ability of the government.Under the backdrop of globalization,if the government wants to accelerate the development of the society and economy,it must improve its executive ability.The innovation of the thesis is on the basis of studying the executive ability of enterprise.This thesis puts forward its own understanding about the connotation of executive ability and analyses its components of forces and elements.Then it puts forward to the ideal of"seamless executive ability pattern", by which it analyses the faults and the reasons of our government's executive ability and makes suggestions about it.This thesis is composed of three parts:The first part refers to the frame of the theories,including the outlines of the book,the analysis of the connotation,component and pattern of the executive ability of government;the explanation of the significance and necessity of studying on the executive ability of government.The second part includes the analysis of the status quo,pointing out both the good and bad sides of the executive ability of government,and then it analyses the reasons of inefficient execution in terms of human, institution, and environment reasons. The third part is about the strategies,including the establishment of the culture,institution and enviornment of execution.There are two conclusions in this thesis.First,study on the executive ability of government is a long-term task.We can not regard it just a temporary topic.As long as the decision-making is existing ,we can not neglect the study.Second,the improvement of the executive ability of government is a systemic work,it relates to executive subjects,culture,enviornment, institution and so on.The executive ability is not improved through temporary movements,but through constant efforts.
