The Exploration Of "Ant Tribe" Problem From Public Policy Perspective

With the development of urbanization in China, economic transition, the higher education system, labor market restructuring,in a word,because of all the complete factors, more and more college graduates intend to work in the big city . The problem of high housing price and uncomplete social security system is also getting worse and worse.All above just contribute to a huge social "ant tribe"(inhabited by groups of low-income college graduates) without being concerned.According to statistics showed by the researchers in this area, the number of "ant tribe" in the country is three million, but also showing a growing trend.If this issue can't be put importance, the long-term development of this issue may affect social stability and even lead to "ant disaster" happening.Thus, the study about "ant tribe" on building a harmonious society has far-reaching significance.Today the information and documentation of "ant" problem at home and abroad are relatively scarce, and most of them explore relevant issues from a sociological perspective.However, this article will research and analyse from the perspective of public policy ,using literature, comparative studies and interviews of three methods comprehensively, in the hope of offering some help to solve the "ant tribe"issue.This article is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the research background, research methods, and the relative researches done in China and West countries.
