Problems And Countermeasures Of Cultural Community Construction In Hongqi Community Of Dalian

The construction of cultural community is the requirement of the times.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the research of cultural community construction.The red flag community in Dalian is a representative community in the national new district of the three eastern provinces.The study of the problems and countermeasures in the cultural construction of the red flag community has a positive effect on the construction and development of the grass-roots community in the new district.This paper takes the cultural community construction of Hongqi community in jinpu new district of Dalian city as the research object,and discusses the existing problems,the causes of the problems and the countermeasures.Through thorough investigation and analysis,the main problems are summarized as follows: single source of funds,non-coordination's form of activities,shortage of venues,improper integration of resources,management confusion,lack of brand culture and so on.On this basis,the use of relevant theories in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem: first,lack of ideological understanding,contempt for the guidance of culture;Second,the lack of professional talents directly affects the effective development of community culture construction to a certain extent;Third,the lack of long-term planning,community culture construction and the lack of overall and long-term vision for development,nor based on the actual,long-term,feasible overall planning;Fourth,the management style is backward,the red flag community culture construction is a top-down administration way which takes the government as the leading,the community does not have the independent sound independent right.In view of the above reasons,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of public management,first of all,we should enhance understanding and strengthen guidance,deeply understand the important role and far-reaching significance of strengthening community cultural construction,and strengthen the scientific guidance of community cultural construction.Community culture construction must adhere to the correct principles,in order to better reflect the service for the residents of mind.Secondly,it is necessary to find means in management,update the management of vision,establish a stable,long-term feedback mechanism of community cultural needs,and effectively meet the different cultural needs of the masses.We should improve the management system,clarify the main position of the residents in the construction of community culture,strengthen the role of the community,and effectively change the government's management function of the community culture.To increase investment,we should not only increase government funds for community cultural construction,but also encourage social forces to invest in community cultural construction,and establish a cultural facilities sharing,paid mechanism.In strengthening the construction of professional team,pay attention to the training of existing personnel,enrich the community culture management team,improve the treatment of community staff.Create the brand culture of the community,improve the quality of community culture,highlight the characteristics of community cultural activities.
