| Government Affairs Service Center is one of an important carrier to build for service-oriented government. And it is also an important innovation and reform in governance administrative examination and approval system. Is also an important sign in local government improved governance. China from the last century began to explore the construction of service-oriented government, and now became a common trend, Government Affairs Service Center were established in most cities and countries.
