The Orientation And Development Of Local Government Affairs Service Center Under The View Of Marxism

At present,China's administrative service center has achieved certain achievements in promoting the openness of government affairs,implementing the reform of administrative examination and approval,and promoting the construction of service-oriented government,however,due to the late start,incomplete development,and related system and equipment,the administrative service center has some problems to be solved in the process of operation.Therefore,this paper,based on the current situation of the development of the government service center,analyzes and discusses the problems in the construction and development of the government service center of the modern government based on the theory of marxist public service and put forward relevant development countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.First of all,this paper expounds the concept of administrative service center from the theoretical point of view,describes the development course of the government service center,and concludes the inevitable and positive role of the development of government service center.Secondly,it elaborates the marxist theoretical basis for the development of government service center,and makes Suggestions on the development of government service center based on the analysis of marxist public service theory and China's learning and exploration in the course of practice,and clarifying the theoretical basis and development process of the administrative service center.Thirdly,taking the construction and development of wuhan government affairs service center as the case,analyzing and discussing the problems existing in its development,especially the problems and restricting factors in administrative examination and approval and central management,and make some discussions.In the end,the author will stand in the aspect of this work,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of the individual in the aspects of service consciousness,standardized service system,perfection of supervision system and the development of e-government.
