The Discussion On Legislative Improvement Of Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate social responsibility generally contains two kinds. One kind is the legal responsibility that contains social interests; another kind is the moral responsibility that contains social interests. The legal corporate social responsibility requires the company receive social responsibility regulated by laws and regulations. If the company abides the social responsibility only according to the ethical requirements,it will be a meaning of manifestation. Therefore, it is necessary to turn this moral responsibility to the law and to improve legislation for perfecting the implementation of corporate social responsibility. As that, this paper choose "the discussion on legislative improvement of corporate social responsibility " as the thesis aimed to explore the corporate society responsibility legislation in China. This paper is divided into four parts. Its main contents are as follows:The first part is the overview of corporate social responsibility. This part firstly discussed the origin of corporate social responsibility, secondly through comparing the domestic part and international part making the definition of corporate social responsibility. Then it introduces the specific content of corporate social responsibility.The second part mainly discussed corporate social responsibility legislation in foreign countries and their inspiration to China.The third part analysis the legislative situation of our corporate social responsibility and pointed out the insufficient of legislation.The fourth part proposed measures for improving corporate social responsibility legislation.
