With the development of the economic globalization,corporate social respo nsibility has become a hot issue of common concern around the world,and th e responsibility for employees is the core content.However,there have been s erious problems in this field:the companies think the unreasonable labor law s ystem restricts its development,but the employees have not been protected leg ally.The western media have questioned our companies because of the labor ri ghts when they participate in the international competition.In order to deal with our country's dilemma,the paper study the legislatio n in the field of the responsibility for employees based on the CSR theory.Th e concrete studied ideas are as follows.Part ? is about the theoretical foundation.After the introduction of the CS R theory including the meaning and the construction,we put forward the legal position and cognition of the responsibility for employees in the paper:the rel ationship between the legal liability and moral obligation in the CSR for empl oyees,and analyze the economic value and diversity of the CSR for employee s.Part ? is to analyze the necessity and feasibility.In the first part,we mai nly analyze the particularity of labor relationship,China's economic developme nt situation,the economic globalization and the corporate view of CSR.In the second part,the feasibility is based on the amendment of labor law mainly,po licy and academic support.Part ? is to analyze the insufficiency of the related law in the field of t he responsibility for employees,including the principled law and the labor law.The principled law is lack of the practice,and the labor law some defect.In order to get the legislative proposal,we combine the related law with the CSR theory.Part ? is about other countries' advanced experience.In this part,we pre sent the advanced experience from America,England,Russia,Japan and the E U.On this basis,we summarize a design fit our country,including distributed legislation and the legal limit.In order to the construction of the responsibility for employees successfully,we must concentrate on the legislation.Part ? is about the legal advice.We come up with three pierces of legal advice:the first one is about the construction of the legislation,and the concr ete suggestions how to amend the corporation law.The second one is the core content about how to amend the labor law,based on the CSR theory and co mbined with the legal insufficiency.The key issues include the legislative purp ose,the employment institution,the legal application principle and the labor le gal system.The last one is about the limit of legalization to ensure the scienc e of the law,including the Code of Corporate Conduct.
