The Research On Liu Shaoqi's Ideology Of Governing Party Building

Liu shaoqi is one of the major leaders of the CPC. Thought on the construction of the ruling party takes up great proportion in his theoretical work. This paper mainly intends to focus on Liu Shaoqi's thought of the construction of ruling party from perspectives of the background, development course, main content and theoretical status. This thesis does not only aims at revealing the painstaking exploration and excellent creation of the first generation of central collective leadership but also target at providing the reference for the current strengthening of the party's administrative capability construction and advanced nature construction.With the establishment of the new China, the CPC develops into the long-term ruling party. In the meantime, the status, mission as well as the status of party member have experienced a great change, which raises new subjects and new tasks to party's construction. However, the ready-made answers to solve the problems of social reality can not be found in Marxist works. It is in such historical background that Liu Shaoqi starts to explore the construction of the ruling party.The construction thought of Liu Shaoqi mainly consists of four dimensions. Liu Shaoqi thinks the ruling party's consolidation needs an organizational unity, a pure cadres and a grassroots organization. Thirdly, CPC needs to solidify the ruling foundation and continuously consolidates the class basis as well as expanding the mass base.
