Cultural studies has been a constant research topic in China for nearly 100 years. On one hand this research pattern has something to do with the national conditions; On the other hand, researchers have great space in discussing cultural studies.In long-term social and historical development process, the people of Chinese nationalities have jointly created a broad and colorful national culture. Since the ancient times, Xinjiang is a place with multi-ethnics and multi-cultures. Xinjiang production and construction corportion as a special organization, its cultural development is going to be discussed in this paper. Based on the pluralistic integration theory, the paper will use culture anthropology and political knowledge to analyse XPCC culture. This article mainly consists of four parts.The first part, introduces and explains the main basis theory.The second part, from synchronic and diachronic aspect, outlining the development of XPCC culture. XPCC culture formed by natural geographical environment and social history background together. Natural geographical environment determine the cultural space of XPCC culture, and the social history environment doomed the cultural character of XPCC culture.The third part, analyse the characteristics and its cultural values from pluralistic integration view. Cultural diversity and unity is the two sides of one coin., in a whole. Just for the convenience of writing, the author will discuss them separately. The XPCC culture embody the values of pluralistic -integration and national unity and so on.Fourth part, after the discuss of XPCC culture, it easy to find the successness and weakness of XPCC culture. To give some reasonable and practical advises, the author should take the responsibility.
