Research On The Countermeasures Of Cultural Integration Of The Immigrant Population In Ningbo

"Redevelopment" is a universal problem faced by China’s "developed" regions.This issue has become more important after the epidemic.In fact,the key to the issue of "recurrence" lies in population agglomeration.The population is the first element whether it is "sent" or "re-sent".Ningbo,located on the southeast coast of China,"has been sent" in the city,but its "re-sent" is in the countryside.The significance of the country’s "rural revitalization strategy" also lies in "recurrence." The 14 th Five-Year Plan of Ningbo pointed out that it is necessary to vigorously promote the development of more balanced urban-rural integration,especially in rural areas to strengthen the integration of migrant population.However,with the rapid expansion of the foreign population base,the problem of cultural integration is very serious,and it is facing "developmental challenges." Either develop in "fusion" or decline in "disintegration".With the influx of foreign population,Ningbo village has entered a new stage of "cultural integration".The formation of the "cultural integration" stage is to optimize the regional development pattern of Ningbo’s rural areas,and then drive the "redevelopment" of the rural economy and population in Ningbo.Cultural fusion is not a superficial fusion,it needs a deep solution.The cultural integration of the migrant population involves a wide range of issues.The research is based on social integration theory,hierarchy of needs theory,fair distribution theory,human capital theory and immigration theory,etc.,using data summary method,field research method and in-depth interview method to interview the migrant population in rural Ningbo.A comprehensive survey of the current situation of cultural integration will provide decision-making reference for the cultural integration,economic development of Ningbo’s rural migrant population,and the promotion of the process of urban-rural integration.Through field investigation and research in rural areas of Ningbo,the general situation of the migrant population in the rural areas of Ningbo is summarized,and the necessity and feasibility of cultural integration of the migrant population in the rural areas of Ningbo are summarized.Sampled in-depth interviews with four villages and towns in Haishu District,Ningbo,using grounded theoretical research methods,through open coding,main axis coding,and selective coding,it is concluded that the cultural integration of the migrant population in Ningbo’s rural areas is its own problems and lack of foreigners.The cultural concern of the population and the cultural integration system of the foreign population need to be improved.The study believes that the countermeasures to solve the cultural integration of the migrant population in Ningbo’s rural areas should be divided into two aspects.The first aspect is that the cultural integration of Ningbo’s rural culture requires cultural care,which mainly includes the use of regional cultural characteristics to guide the cultural integration of the foreign population,cultivate the awareness of integration of local residents,and promote the sense of belonging through humanistic management;the second aspect is to improve the system of integration of Ningbo’s rural culture,Mainly from the four aspects of the migrant population’s life and culture integration system,education and culture integration system,professional culture integration system and multicultural integration system.
