China's Social Welfare System, The Social Exclusion Analysis

The social welfare system in our country is experiencing a period of reform and development. It also attracts attention of the international community. At present, our country's social welfare system has a few defects and needs adjusting. Especially, in the past our country's city-countryside carved binary system structure put its emphasis on the revolution of state-owned enterprises. As a result, a large number of people are excluded from social welfare system, so China need to adjust it.Based on the above thinking, this paper analysis China's social welfare system in Evers'welfare triangle framework, and translates welfare triangle into country system, market system and family system as well, and explore the social exclusion problem of the China social welfare system.Under the background of building socialist harmonious society, decrease social exclusions and eliminate social unfair have become the main melody of current times. In order to boost society fusion, at the end of this paper we adjust the basic patterns of social welfare and construct the new basic framework social welfare system. All above mentioned efforts contribute to the setting up of our country's new social welfare frame in the near future.
