A Study On The Relationship Between Welfare Triangle And The Well-being Of The Disabled

Disability is a normal phenomenon in the process of human reproduction and development,However,for a long time,the disabled group has faced many discrimination and unfair treatment.With the development of the social mode of disabled persons and the development of the theory of citizen rights,the welfare of the disabled has changed from personal problems to social problems.The welfare of the disabled is an important part of the social welfare system,and it is constantly optimized in the process of development.In the process of building the welfare system for the disabled,China has always made full use of the advantages of the state,family and market.However,due to the large number of disabled people in China,the gradual reduction of family size and the fierce competition in the employment market,the welfare of the disabled is in the plight of heavy burden and insufficient supply.The ultimate goal of welfare is to enhance the well-being of human beings.Whether welfare can enhance personal well-being is an important criterion for testing the effect of welfare provision.Therefore,the impact of welfare provision on subjective well-being and the degree of influence have become an important research issue.This study is based on the welfare triangle as the theoretical basis of the study.The core factors are subjective well-being,and the core independent variables are employment welfare,family welfare and social welfare,which constitute the framework of Welfare Triangle and happiness.The relationship between the welfare triangle and the subjective well-being of the disabled is discussed by means of correlation analysis,mean value comparison and sequential Logit regression.Based on the welfare division of two yuan and different economic development areas in China,the disabled population is divided into urban disabled,rural disabled and four different cities.The difference between welfare triangle and happiness among different groups is discussed in detail.On this basis,it provides reference for deepening the Welfare Triangle Theory and satisfying the welfare needs of the disabled and enhancing the welfare of the disabled.Through the analysis of some data of the "social welfare theory and system construction in China",this study found that the welfare triangle and the relationship between happiness,employment welfare is absent,and Welfare Triangle for disabled people is transformed into welfare two corners.In terms of employment and welfare factors,work status and ownership have no significant impact on well-being of the disabled.Among family welfare factors,family economic status has a positive impact on the well-being of the disabled,and the better the family economic condition,the higher the happiness of the disabled.There is a group difference in the influence of marital status on the well-being of the disabled,and the well-being of the disabled in the married rural areas is significantly higher than that of the unmarried people,while there is no significant difference in the happiness of the married people with the disabled and the unmarried people.Among the groups of people with disabilities in different regions,the well-being of the married disabled in Chengdu was significantly higher than that of the unmarried persons with disabilities,while the marital status had no significant impact on the well-being of the disabled in Nanjing,Tianjin and Lanzhou.Among the social welfare factors,the general welfare is obtained in the data of Chengdu,which has a positive effect on happiness,and is not significant in the other three cities.The impact of special benefits on the disabled has a differentiation,and in urban and rural data,special welfare gains have a positive impact on the well-being of the disabled;in different regional data,special benefits have a positive effect on their well-being in Nanjing,Tianjin and Lanzhou,and the data in Chengdu It is not significant.In a word,the Welfare Triangle of the disabled is unbalanced,the employment and welfare are absent,which leads to an excessive reliance on family welfare and social welfare;the relationship between the welfare triangle and the happiness of the disabled has group differentiation.This article uses the theory of relative happiness to explain the difference between urban and rural areas.On the basis of the study of the welfare triangle and happiness of the disabled,this study proposes to improve the construction of the employment and welfare system for the disabled,increase the social welfare of the disabled,especially the special welfare investment,and construct a multi welfare supply system with the core of the disabled family.
