Research On Training Model For Grass-roots Cadres Of CAPF

The CAPF(Chinese People's Armed Police Force)is an important part of Chinese People's Armed Police, and it is also an important strategic team of Chinese Party and our country. Now China faces the new challenge of the multiple security problems, and is in the new solutions of building the modernized armed police. Thus a large number of grass-roots cadres that can accomplish varied missions is necessary. To enhance the ability of completing the missions, the grass-root cadres should have the opportunity to accept the formal education, and it is more important to be trained for their own duties. However, it is not paid more attention to by all levels of the army and there is not a complete, systematic model for training the cadres in the CAPF. This problem should be further solved eagerly.This thesis uses some systematic theories of Management and Organizational Behaviour, then makes a deep theoretical discussion and does a practical research about the training model for the in-service grass-roots cadres of CAPF by borrowing the training experiences for the junior officers of foreign armies and the Chinese People's Liberation Army. There are four chapters of this thesis. Chapter One is Introduction, it introduces the current research situations at home and abroad, and including the meaning of training model for the in-service grass-roots cadres of CAPF. In Chapter two, it analyses the current situations of training model for the in-service grass-roots cadres of CAPF. In chapter Three, it argues the building of the model concretely, and the creative point of this thesis is providing a new carrier of education, management, training and encouragement. In the Chapter Four, it discusses the practical application of the new model for the in-service grass-roots cadres of CAPF and puts forward some practical suggestions.
